I recently did the HCG diet and lost about 20 lbs however it was HELL! I mean HELL!!
So I am done with that diet and I am finally at the point where I need to just eat right and exercise. I am fully aware that like so many times before it will not be easy but I am now 30 years old and I NEED to shed these pounds. So I am thinking about starting weight watchers. I am going to look into it this week. Fingers crossed!
I will be happy to shed about 18 lbs to start but I need ti lose about 50 to be good and possibly more. Heres to hoping!
